ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with the European Sales team, you will be responsible for driving our business development in Western Poland and Northern Germany.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop sales in Western Poland and Northern Germany, executing and adapting our business strategy to the local market.
  • Negotiate and close deals, leveraging your sales expertise to build strong customer relationships.
  • Drive customer loyalty by nurturing existing clients and expanding your customer base.
  • Contribute to shaping and refining the business and marketing strategy in your region, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Represent Weenat at local fairs and industry events, strengthening our presence in Poland.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 2 years of successful experience in sales, ideally with a focus on acquiring new customers and fostering client satisfaction.
  • Agricultural Knowledge: Experience in the agricultural sector is highly advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and German is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and Independent: You thrive in an autonomous role, taking initiative and delivering results with minimal supervision.
