About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, channel development, and product activation efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Department and HQ to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver outstanding business results across key accounts and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and channel strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead product launches and activation plans across key accounts and retail networks.
  • Design and execute distribution and deployment plans to maximize market reach and product availability.
  • Create and manage customer-specific sales and joint business plans.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement data‑driven corrective actions.
  • Lead portfolio evaluations, performance reviews, and sales forecasting processes.
  • Conduct detailed sales and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and reports for demand planning and budgeting.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives, including retailer engagement programs and POS materials.
  • Support the field sales team with customized activation tools and programs.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HQ teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Gather and share market insights and customer feedback to support innovation and product development.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing key customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in an international, cross‑functional environment.
  • Fluent in Polish and English; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in launching and scaling new products.
  • Knowledge of the vaping industry.
  • Understanding of trade marketing and category management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
