Role

You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our SaaS portfolio. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape sales strategies, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and negotiate successful contracts.

What will your daily tasks look like?

  • Identify, target, and secure new accounts while driving sales across the full product portfolio.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to qualify potential clients with a true hunter mindset.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, particularly CFOs and Finance Directors.
  • Deliver compelling SaaS product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Act as a product owner within SCRUM, guiding Engineering throughout development and releases.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences, promoting our innovative fintech solutions.
  • Participate in public tenders — identifying opportunities, preparing bids, and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.

What could help you get the job done

  • ✅ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • ✅ Minimum 4 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or fintech environments.
  • ✅ Proven track record in managing the full sales process and exceeding targets.
  • ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English (min B2+).
  • ✅ Strong understanding of Finance and Administration processes (Accounts Payable and Receivable experience is a plus).
  • ✅ Experience with CRM systems (preferably Odoo) – managing customer data, tracking sales activities, automating follow-ups, and optimizing the sales pipeline.
