Role
You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our SaaS portfolio. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape sales strategies, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and negotiate successful contracts.

What will your daily tasks look like?
- Identify, target, and secure new accounts while driving sales across the full product portfolio.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to qualify potential clients with a true hunter mindset.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, particularly CFOs and Finance Directors.
- Deliver compelling SaaS product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Act as a product owner within SCRUM, guiding Engineering throughout development and releases.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences, promoting our innovative fintech solutions.
- Participate in public tenders — identifying opportunities, preparing bids, and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.
What could help you get the job done
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- ✅ Minimum 4 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or fintech environments.
- ✅ Proven track record in managing the full sales process and exceeding targets.
- ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English (min B2+).
- ✅ Strong understanding of Finance and Administration processes (Accounts Payable and Receivable experience is a plus).
- ✅ Experience with CRM systems (preferably Odoo) – managing customer data, tracking sales activities, automating follow-ups, and optimizing the sales pipeline.
