As part of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in introducing innovative, high-performance cooking solutions to the Polish market, backed by Danish engineering and decades of expertise.
We are now looking to recruit a Sales Manager for Poland. This is a strategic role designed to grow our brand presence and market share in Central and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase HOUNÖ’s market share in Poland.
- Deliver sales, profit, and growth targets for HOUNÖ and INVOQ product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
- Implement the business sales strategy to achieve targeted growth.
- Manage and support distributor networks, providing training, competitor insight, and motivation.
- Adapt product positioning and pricing based on market dynamics while optimising margins.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to support joint growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research and provide regular reporting on opportunities, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to marketing communications.
- Travel regionally and internationally as required to maximise sales opportunities.
Knowledge & Skills
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in selling through distributors and managing chain/end‑user accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Excellent reporting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in export territory or sales management preferred.
- Knowledge of the commercial catering equipment or hospitality industry is desirable.
- Experience with distributors and chain/end‑user accounts.
- Hands‑on approach with ability to demonstrate products and offer solutions against competitors.
