Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Search and attraction of clients in the B2B segment (cold calls, meetings);
  • Identification of customer needs for the Companys services;
  • Coordination of working conditions, formation of commercial offers;
  • Carrying out telephone conversations and meetings with clients;
  • Development of relationships with key partners;
  • Participation in exhibitions and conferences, negotiations with partners;
  • Regular planning and reporting to management.
  • Onboard new sales managers in the region.

  • Knowledge of sales
  • Focus on results, high communication skills, business acumen.
  • Professional knowledge of English and Polish.
