About the Role

As a Sales Manager at ARI10, you will drive our sales strategy across European markets, lead a team, manage complex B2B deals, and cultivate strategic partnerships with high‑value clients. This role requires strategic thinking, executive‑level engagement, and a deep understanding of the fintech and blockchain space.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities across European markets, initiating compelling first contact with potential enterprise clients.
  • Enterprise Sales Leadership: Oversee and close complex B2B deals with key clients, including financial institutions, leading e‑commerce platforms, luxury brands, and blockchain companies.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Build and nurture long‑term strategic partnerships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers.
  • Advanced Deal Structuring: Craft detailed, personalized business cases addressing specific client needs and complex regulatory requirements.
  • Pipeline and CRM Management: Maintain rigorous CRM practices (HubSpot), meticulously tracking opportunities from initial contact through to successful closure.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Assess lead quality based on LTV potential and strategic market positioning, informing pricing strategy development and communication to optimise client value and company revenue.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with legal, compliance, product, and operations teams to ensure efficient and successful deal progression.
  • Sales Enablement: Continuously update and refine sales collateral and materials to empower the sales teams effectiveness.

Your Profile

  • Proven Leadership: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with the majority in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Deal Closing Expertise: Demonstrated success in closing substantial B2B enterprise deals, with a track record of deals exceeding €100K+ in value.
  • Industry Experience: Strong background in fintech, payments, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial services.
  • Executive Engagement: Proven ability to engage, negotiate, and build rapport with C‑level executives.
  • Strategic Acumen: Capacity to identify and develop long‑term, evolving strategic partnerships beyond current deals.
  • Independence & Initiative: A self‑starter mentality with the ability to lead and work autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Problem‑Solving Skills: Resourceful in finding creative solutions to challenges and viewing obstacles as opportunities for growth.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional European languages are highly advantageous.
  • International Network: A strong existing network of enterprise connections across European markets is a significant asset.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of EU financial regulations, MiCA framework, or cross‑border payment compliance.
  • Crypto Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and its potential to foster economic freedom.
