Job Summary

Senior sales role focused on consulting, strategy, and delivery of digital transformation solutions for leading retail and consumer brands.

Location & Compensation

Wrocław / Kraków / Zdalnie

Senior

B2B: 15 000 - 20 000 zł netto

UoP: 10 500 - 15 000 zł brutto

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Prospecting Team, Networkers, and Account Managers to develop and execute sales strategies for individual opportunities.
  • Collect client requirements and business context through meetings, workshops, and analysis.
  • Co‑create solution proposals with Delivery representatives and present them to clients.
  • Create value propositions that clearly demonstrate business benefits, ROI, risks, and alternatives.
  • Determine final pricing based on scope, risk, competition, billing model, and client segment.
  • Prepare, submit, and present the offer.
  • Define and execute negotiation strategies with C‑level, procurement, business, and IT stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Delivery on formal aspects such as contracts, orders, and SLAs.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline information in HubSpot (pipeline, stages, forecast).
  • Collaborate with the analytics team on reporting (e.g., Power BI).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling IT services/products.
  • Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, distribution, and retail enterprises.
  • Experience working with large, corporate clients.
  • Experience selling services such as system integrations, dedicated applications, e‑commerce, PIM, AI‑based solutions, and familiarity with system classes.
  • Skilled negotiator comfortable operating at C‑level.
  • Technical knowledge sufficient to discuss architecture, performance, and scalability of solutions; programming skills not required.
  • English language proficiency B2 minimum to conduct business conversations with foreign clients.
  • Self‑driven, proactive, able to plan and deliver sales results, and enjoy team collaboration.
