Sales Finance Business Partner

Type of contract: Full-time | Employment contract

Office attendance: 1-2 days per week in the office

Our client is a global production company. With its growing Shared Service Center in Warsaw, the company is expanding its regional finance function and is looking for a Sales Finance Business Partner (EMEA) to support strategic financial decision‑making and optimize commercial performance across multiple markets.

What you will do:

  • Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning for the EMEA region.
  • Manage financial performance analysis and support decision‑making with actionable insights.
  • Oversee sales pipeline accuracy and ensure reliability of revenue data.
  • Control orders, revenues, and network costs, implementing measures to enhance profitability.
  • Drive pricing and customer profitability analysis to optimize margins and business performance.
  • Support strategic initiatives, monitor execution, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
  • Conduct risk reviews and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to improve working capital and network productivity.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, budgeting, and strategic planning, business partnering role.
  • Proven expertise in sales forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, SAP, and financial management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English (working in an international environment).
