We are an agile design & development agency, committed to delivering stunning & usable digital products for startups, established businesses, and corporations worldwide, mainly in the United States and Europe: Germany, Norway, and Sweden. Internally we work in self-managing teams, with no micromanagement, transparent feedback, and in a setting where you can develop your skills and evolve.

We are looking for an individual who will possess a deep understanding and experience in selling comprehensive and custom software services and solutions.

This role requires a proactive approach to inbound and outbound sales , focusing on establishing and nurturing business relationships and building a robust network of contacts.

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities.
  2. Leverage your network and industry knowledge to help clients choose EL Passion as their partner by understanding their needs and goals, educating them, and creating offers for tailored solutions.
  3. Be the face of EL Passion in contact with clients, their advisor, and the bridge between the client and EL Passion.
  4. Negotiate the terms of collaboration & close the deals.
  5. Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships , acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle and ensuring the highest quality of service.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends , market challenges, and competitive landscape to adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with the latest market demands and innovations.
  8. Travel abroad and participate in networking events to build brand recognition and build relationships face-to-face if that will be needed.
  9. Achieve sales targets , contributing to the companys growth and market presence.

To succeed, you need to:

  1. Have at least four years of proven experience in an independent sales role within a design and software environment, ideally gained in a similar Software House.
  2. Know the difference between UX and UI and why Node.js is the best for building great apps.
  3. Be experienced specifically in selling software services in an international environment.
  4. Have a well-established network of contacts in the industry and a thorough understanding of the market.
  5. Speak excellent business English and Polish (both at least C1).
  6. Have a dynamic, open, and courageous personality , willing to try different approaches and take initiative.
  7. Be available to show up in Warsaw at least once a month to work alongside the team or ad hoc in case of client meeting.
  8. Enjoy taking part in workshops with clients and are willing to get involved in co-leading them.
  9. Have a keen interest in market trends , with business acumen and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
  10. Have a drive for self-improvement , sharing knowledge, giving and accepting feedback.
  11. Be proficient in the use of computer programs with an emphasis on Pipedrive, Salesforce, Notion and the Google Drive package.

Nice to haves:

  • Additional languages, a good understanding of VC financing, experience in acquiring and working with corporations, a track record of leading tender bids.
