Job Title: Sales Executive (SaaS, warm leads)
Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls from our warm leads.
- Represent a high-profile company (its a secret for now, but theyre big!).
- Master the Art of Persuasion - break through barriers by leading effective negotiations and closing the deals from warm leads!
- Build lasting relationships - foster long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and business partner!
- Drive sales growth - achieve and exceed sales targets of minimum 30% conversion rate from your warm leads.
Our requirements:
- Work from our brand new office in the city center of Warsaw with an amazing panoramic view!
- We offer 100% remote work after the first 6-9 months for the best performers.
- Available to work Monday to Friday 2pm - 1am (afternoon work) .
- English at minimum C1 level.
- A people-person, thriving in customer interactions.
- Very strong communicator and sales-oriented, driven by results and targets. We offer a great bonus scheme for those who hit the target!
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with SaaS products or within the telco industry and outbound calls is a must. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
- Salesforce knowledge would be a bonus, but not a must.
- Available to start from the 10th of March 2025.
