Overview

Sales Executive role at Freenow — Warsaw office. You will hunt for mid-market and enterprise companies to implement our Business Travel solution, which helps organisations organise and plan travel policies with options from taxis to PHV and micro-mobility offerings.

You will work within the sales team and report to the Regional Sales Team Lead. You will drive and maintain a high level of sales activities in line with company targets. You will join a multinational, diverse, highly motivated and collaborative team of Sales Managers who strive for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of enterprise corporate accounts for the Polish market from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
  • Manage and respond effectively to RFPs and tenders.
  • Construct a strong local enterprise network to facilitate market entry and create strategic partnerships.
  • Lead online and on-site discovery, solution meetings and demos with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM database, pipeline reporting and update prospect/account information.
  • Develop and expand your LinkedIn network for Social Selling.
  • Represent Freenow for Business externally at networking events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance the company’s profile and optimise business development opportunities.

Tools used: LinkedIn, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Salesloft.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in enterprise sales, negotiation, contracting and closing.
  • Understanding of technology-driven, high growth markets.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
  • Experience using prospecting tools and CRM.
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and organised.
  • Native or fluent in Polish and English.
