What You’ll Do
- Hunt and close Tier‑1 digital‑native businesses across the CEE market.
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contracts.
- Own and optimize your personal deal pipeline.
- Promote Solidgate’s suite of solutions, including Payment Gateway, Chargeback Prevention, Anti‑Fraud, Subscriptions, and more.
- Represent Solidgate at conferences, events, and international trips to grow market presence.
- Oversee compliance and technical onboarding for seamless client launches.
- Track client performance metrics post‑launch, support growth, and identify improvement areas.
Qualities We Seek
- 2+ years of commercial B2B sales or business development, preferably in the CEE region and/or fintech ecosystem.
- Fluent English.
- Strong communication, presentation, research skills, and analytical thinking.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize dynamic workloads.
- Committed to continuous learning and delivering results.
