What You’ll Do

  • Hunt and close Tier‑1 digital‑native businesses across the CEE market.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contracts.
  • Own and optimize your personal deal pipeline.
  • Promote Solidgate’s suite of solutions, including Payment Gateway, Chargeback Prevention, Anti‑Fraud, Subscriptions, and more.
  • Represent Solidgate at conferences, events, and international trips to grow market presence.
  • Oversee compliance and technical onboarding for seamless client launches.
  • Track client performance metrics post‑launch, support growth, and identify improvement areas.

Qualities We Seek

  • 2+ years of commercial B2B sales or business development, preferably in the CEE region and/or fintech ecosystem.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong communication, presentation, research skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize dynamic workloads.
  • Committed to continuous learning and delivering results.
