We are currently working alongside one of the fastest-growing, leading, global logistics service providers, searching for a Sales Executive to promote and sell Automotive logistics services in Poland.
Sales Executive
Location: Gliwice, Poland
Travel: Required as needed
Reporting to: Automotive Director
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market research on RoRo cargo in Poland to identify potential customers.
- Create and maintain a diverse portfolio of new clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and Automotive Director to set targets and goals.
- Establish and nurture major account relationships for long-term success.
- Strengthen client relationships through consistent sales support and communication.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities within the market.
- Collect and analyze market data, including rates, competitors, and project opportunities.
- Organize and prioritize client meetings and engagements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, statistics, and financial analyses.
- Negotiate rates and ensure successful sales closings.
- Maintain and update the customer database via CRM.
- Support the Director in preparing forecasts and budgets.
Qualifications
- Degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
- Proficient in English and Polish at a professional level.
- Minimum of 3 years in sales, specifically in forwarding services.
