Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for an ambitious Sales Executive to engage with leads generated by SDRs and marketing, converting them into customers. This is a fully remote position within the CET Time Zone. A stable internet connection and all necessary equipment for online calls are required.
We are looking for a results-driven individual with experience selling to US and European markets, who is also tech-savvy. You should be enthusiastic about our product and capable of addressing all questions even the most challenging ones during sales meetings.


Key Skills:

  • Active listening, empathy, prioritization, effective communication, assertiveness, and negotiation.
  • Advanced English (C1/C2) and fluent Polish are required.
  • Prior B2B sales experience is necessary.

You Will Be Successful in This Role If You:

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Have experience selling to the US/Europe market.
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in selling tech or SaaS solutions.
  • Are experienced in qualifying clients using relevant models and managing them through the sales funnel.
  • Can effectively discover client needs, understand their value drivers, and manage their expectations and concerns.
  • Are skilled at presenting value offers, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Are self-motivated, organized, and have a proven track record of achieving KPIs and targets.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent time management and flexibility.
  • Approach your work methodically and demonstrate a high level of business acumen.
