For our team, located in Warsaw, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer . The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our diverse range of products and solutions to key customers within the food industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and water sector, including food processing plants, beverage manufacturers, and brewery plants.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and capabilities, effectively communicating these details to potential clients.
  4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products and services.
  5. Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic sales approaches.
  6. Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and offering expertise on product application and implementation.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and solutions.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
  3. Experience in leading projects.
  4. Technical aptitude and the ability to convey complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  6. Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients.
  7. Fluency in English and Polish.
