Sales Engineer

Location: Poland

Work model: field-based + home office

Overview

Manage direct and indirect accounts, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong customer relationships to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales activities across Industrial end-users, EPCs, OEMs, R&D, and Scientific OEMs
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with company strategy
• Maintain CRM and reporting systems; provide monthly forecasts and performance updates
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class customer support
• Ensure timely payments through close coordination with credit control

What You Bring:

• Proven B2B sales experience and strong negotiation skills
• Technical background (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory
