Role Overview

The Sales Director is responsible for contributing to the design and execution of GR8 Tech’s global sales strategy, driving high‑value deals, building a scalable sales organization, and ensuring strong performance across the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to designing and executing GR8 Tech’s sales strategy to achieve targets.
  • Help build a scalable sales organization aligned with strategic goals.
  • Define resource requirements for executing the sales strategy in the assigned region or domain.
  • Set up sales support and automation tools to enable target delivery.
  • Drive execution of sales policies.
  • Design and execute sales processes: opportunity management, lead generation, account management.
  • Define sales metrics for transparent and regular performance reviews.
  • Review sales performance and provide reporting and analytics.
  • Drive product knowledge, sales skills training, and certification initiatives.
  • Ensure effective internal communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Act as executive sponsor for top deals and oversee key client relationships.
  • Personally drive strategic, high‑value deals.
  • Contribute to the GR8 Tech management team on all sales‑related matters.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and executive roles within gambling, IT, telco, finance, or business services.

Skills

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High autonomy in decision‑making in complex, fast‑changing environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, Atlassian, and project management tools.
  • Deep understanding of technological and market trends, especially in iGaming.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and results‑oriented mindset.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence with focus on coaching and team development.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
