Job Description

  • Independently develop and implement the sales strategy for the Polish market
  • Drive new business and expand the client portfolio in temporary staffing and outsourcing services
  • Build, lead, and further develop the sales function in Poland
  • Negotiate and secure contracts with key clients and business partners
  • Continuously monitor market trends and proactively propose actions to strengthen competitive advantage

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Proven track record in the temporary staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing sector - mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of the Polish HR and outsourcing services market
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English is a strong asset
  • Strategic mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and strong result orientation
