Job Description
- Independently develop and implement the sales strategy for the Polish market
- Drive new business and expand the client portfolio in temporary staffing and outsourcing services
- Build, lead, and further develop the sales function in Poland
- Negotiate and secure contracts with key clients and business partners
- Continuously monitor market trends and proactively propose actions to strengthen competitive advantage
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record in the temporary staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing sector - mandatory
- Strong knowledge of the Polish HR and outsourcing services market
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is a strong asset
- Strategic mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and strong result orientation
