What We Believe In

We believe work should make sense — not just on paper, but in real life. That means innovation, partnership, responsibility, flexibility & adaptation, transparency, and a team you can count on. We support each other, share what we know, and celebrate wins (big and small). If you like figuring things out, are not afraid to take initiative, and want to work with tech that actually makes a difference, you might just find your place with us.

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Director CEE with a profound technical background to spearhead our strategic market entry and sales initiatives in the CIS region, focusing on Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, and Turkmenistan. This is a high‑stakes, high‑reward role focused on closing large, complex deals. You will be instrumental in forging our partnership with Google in these territories, concentrating primarily on Public Sector (B2G) and large, local Enterprise (B2B) clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Focus on Enterprise Contracts: Driving and closing deals with a minimum value of $500,000 USD and beyond, focusing on high‑impact technology projects.
  • Public & Enterprise Focus: Developing and executing a targeted sales strategy for the Public Sector and large, local corporations in the priority markets.
  • Technical Solution Selling: Selling complex, tech‑heavy solutions.
  • Strategic Expansion: Working closely with Google to align our sales efforts and capitalize on joint partnership strategies in the new territories.
  • Pipeline Health Management: Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to ensure continuous business flow and predictability in the region.
  • Revenue & Profit Oversight: Diligently monitoring and managing revenue and profit margins for all strategic contracts and regional operations.
  • Upselling/Cross‑selling: Proactively managing and developing relationships with current and inactive clients to propose various high‑value services from our portfolio.
  • Maximizing Value: Helping customers utilize their premium functionalities and expanding the range of services they use (e.g., Google Workspace features, Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Needs Translation: Analyzing complex customer needs and effectively converting sophisticated technical aspects into clear business outcomes and benefits for C‑level executives.
  • New Market Development: Actively building new markets and identifying/generating new sales opportunities (pipeline generation) within the designated region.
  • Monitoring market potential and tracking complex sales cycles across multiple countries.
  • Close cooperation with the Technical Support and Product teams to ensure the proposed solutions are technically sound and effectively implemented.
  • Developing and promoting the companys image as a reliable, expert technology partner.

Essential Skills And Experience

  • Proven Enterprise Sales Success: Minimum 5 years of experience in an Enterprise Sales/Account Executive role, consistently closing contracts valued at $500,000 USD+.
  • Technical Domain Expertise: Proven experience selling CRM, Enterprise IT Systems, or advanced Cloud/SaaS solutions.
  • Public Sector Acumen: Documented experience or strong understanding of the sales cycles and procurement processes within the Public Sector (B2G).
  • Cultural Fit: Experience working with clients or sales teams from Ukraine or Israel is considered a significant asset.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the designated regions (Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, and potentially Turkmenistan).

Language And Market Qualifications (Critical)

  • Fluent Russian (C2/Native Proficiency): A mandatory condition for all professional communication and contract negotiation in these markets.
  • Very Good English Language (C1+): Required for internal reporting and coordination with Google/Headquarters.
