The fleet consists of more than 450 vehicles in various categories, from budget models such as the 2020 Renault Logan to premium solutions including Tesla cars.
Position: Sales Director (car hire for taxi drivers)
Responsibilities:

• Actively seek and attract new customers - taxi drivers, car hire.
• Create and manage a pair of sales.
• Carry out pricing and present the companys services and rental terms and conditions.
• Conclude rental contracts and accompany clients at all stages of co-operation.
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers.
• Co-operate with other departments of the company to ensure high quality service.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive or transport sector.
• Strong behavioural and persuasive skills.
• Result-orientation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Polish; knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian would be an advantage.
• Understanding of the specifics of the taxi industry and driver culture.
