We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets—both from existing accounts and new business. Your strategic insight and leadership will be crucial in shaping our success in this fast-changing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, validate, and oversee sales budgets and financial forecasts aligned with corporate goals and strategic priorities.
  2. Design, implement, and drive innovative commercial strategies that reflect our broader business vision and enhance our market position.
  3. Establish and maintain a robust sales cadence based on key KPIs within the sales team.
  4. Introduce and institutionalize advanced sales methodologies to optimize performance, efficiency, and revenue growth.
  5. Analyze sales performance, methodologies, costs, and outcomes for continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.
  6. Define and execute the sales strategy, set clear objectives, and develop a competitive pricing framework to maximize market share and profitability.
  7. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the commercial team within PayU CEE, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence.
  8. Set and oversee short-term and long-term strategic goals, policies, and operational procedures to support sustainable growth.
  9. Build and lead a high-performing sales team by attracting top talent and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  10. Mentor and coach team members, promoting ongoing professional development and leadership growth.
  11. Monitor sales performance against KPIs and service quality standards, ensuring excellent execution.
  12. Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and community events to enhance brand presence and identify new opportunities.
  13. Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging market dynamics, proactively identifying risks and opportunities within payments and FinTech.
  14. Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and account management teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all business functions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales management experience with a proven record of driving new sales and revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry and related sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
  • Experience with sales tools and strategies to acquire new business.
  • Expertise in budget management, forecasting, pricing, and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent management, communication, and adaptability skills.
  • Influential leader capable of motivating teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to create detailed reports, presentations, and business cases.
  • Passion for technology, e-commerce, FinTech, and digital trends beyond payments.
