We are redefining online commerce for merchants and consumers by deploying more than 400 payment methods and PCI-certified platforms to process approximately 6 million payments daily.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets—both from existing accounts and new business. Your strategic insight and leadership will be crucial in our fast-evolving industry.

What will you do:

  • Develop, validate, and oversee sales budgets and financial forecasts aligned with corporate goals.
  • Design and implement innovative commercial strategies to strengthen our market position.
  • Establish and maintain a robust sales cadence based on key KPIs.
  • Introduce advanced sales methodologies to optimize performance and revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales performance and outcomes to enable continuous improvement.
  • Define and execute sales strategies, set objectives, and develop competitive pricing frameworks.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the commercial team, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Set and oversee strategic goals, policies, and procedures for sustainable growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, attracting top talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Mentor and coach team members for professional development.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure service quality standards.
  • Represent PayU at industry forums, conferences, and community events.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and account management teams for alignment.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of sales management experience with a proven record in driving sales and revenue.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry and related sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
  • Experience with sales tools and strategies for new business acquisition.
  • Expertise in budget management, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent management, communication, and adaptability skills.
  • Influential leader capable of motivating teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to create detailed reports and business plans.
  • Passion for technology, e-commerce, FinTech, and digital trends.
