- Experience: 5+ years in B2B networking/security sales; 3+ years leading country sales or major-accounts in Poland;
- Market mastery: Demonstrated wins in Public Sector and Utilities (energy, transportation, education); proven command of PZP processes, tendering, and framework agreements;
- Channel DNA: Built and scaled partner ecosystems; enabled partners to certification (sales/technical) and co-sell motions;
- Technical credibility: Working knowledge of IP routing, DC fabric/leaf-spine, campus LAN/WLAN, network security/ADC, zero-trust/segmentation;
- Languages: Native/advanced Polish and fluent English (written & spoken).
Nice to have:
- Success selling to critical infrastructure/OT environments (utilities, transport);
- Prior experience with Nokia, ALE ecosystems and certifications;
- Public cloud networking or telco background (BNG, SR OS, SD-WAN, NAC);
- Existing C-level/decision-maker network in target ministries, SOEs, municipal IT, DSOs/TSOs, rail, airports, and tier-1 universities.
