The Role:
The Sales Director will be reporting directly to Managing Director Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for external sales, acquiring new customers and driving business development across Poland and Central Europe.
This role requires proven B2B sales experience in industrial products, strong strategy and implementation skills, leadership capabilities, negotiation expertise, customer orientation, as well as deep knowledge of the Polish market and German business culture.
The Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales in the windows and doors industries. Demonstrable success in the technical sales of products requiring explanation, ideally in the field of construction supply or related industries.
- Expertise in new customer acquisition and business development. Ability to identify, attract and retain high-potential customers in the long term.
- Sales leadership experience. Experience in leading and developing sales and technical teams, ideally in international manufacturing contexts.
- Negotiation skills and customer orientation. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a high degree of customer orientation.
- Knowledge of the Polish construction products market and cultural understanding. Deep understanding of market mechanisms, customer needs and business practices in Poland.
- Ability to cooperate with the German production company. Close cooperation with the German parent company and colleagues responsible for operational processing.
- Willingness to travel. Willingness to visit customers, trade fairs, sales conferences, etc.
