What you will be doing:
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic sales team. Your main responsibility will be reaching out to potential clients, managing incoming inquiries, and maintaining smooth communication between internal teams and customers. You will play a key role in the sales process - from generating interest to building long-term partnerships.
Your daily tasks will include:
Handling incoming inquiries, making outbound calls, and sending emails
Identifying decision-makers and presenting our services to them
Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients
Supporting the creation of training materials and work instructions
Managing data and interactions using CRM and ERP tools
Who are we looking for?
Someone with 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment
With very good command of German (minimum C1) and communicative English (minimum B2)
With a good understanding of the supply chain process
Someone who can multitask, manage time effectively, and feels comfortable in client-facing roles
With experience using ERP, CRM systems, and Excel
