WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


  • Professional selling and care of new and existing customers
  • Strategically develop the business by expanding customer relationships and acquiring profitable new business
  • Negotiate contracts‘ terms and conditions
  • Monitor market and competition
  • Active work in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Cooperate closely with Sales Support Team, Pricing and Operations departments
  • Prepare customer-specific requirement profiles


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • A high level of customer relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, commitment and initiative
  • Proven professional experience of air & sea freight market
  • Very good command of English with overall good communication skills
  • High customer and service awareness
  • Independent as well as target- and solution-oriented way of working

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as a sales specialist or forwarding
