We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative — someone who loves the hunt, is curious about sales, and wants to grow in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Key Tasks
- Reconnect with past leads and former customers — understand what’s changed and how Livespace could now fit their needs.
- Engage in active outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and identify new business opportunities.
- Own your patch: find the right companies, map key decision‑makers, and craft relevant outreach messages.
- Collaborate with your SDR Team Lead to co‑create outbound campaigns and optimize messaging.
- Keep CRM data clean and organized, logging interactions and insights from every conversation.
- Act as a brand ambassador — understand our mission, value proposition, and communicate it with authenticity.
- Experiment and learn fast — test new outreach angles, channels, and messaging styles.
KPIs
- Number of MQLs generated from outbound prospecting.
- Conversion rate from MQL → SAL.
- Sequence effectiveness (reply & booking rate).
- CRM hygiene: completeness and accuracy of data.
About You
- You have a hunter mentality — proactive, curious, and never afraid to pick up the phone.
- Experience in B2B prospecting or customer outreach (SaaS/start‑up background is a plus).
- Strong communication skills — both written and spoken (Polish native, English min. B2).
- Great time management and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Bonus points for experience with Apollo, Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Livespace CRM.
