As an SDR (Sales Development Representative) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our outbound sales engine and leading a team of high-performing SDRs across international markets. You’ll take full ownership of the top-of-funnel strategy — from building and optimizing outreach campaigns to coaching a multilingual team and experimenting with cutting-edge sales tools. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in outbound sales, a passion for automation and experimentation, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Requirements:
✅ Fluent English (min B2)
✅ Experience with cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and multichannel sales
✅ Know-how on sales automation and email deliverability tricks
✅ Strong team management and recruiting skills
✅ You love trying new outbound ideas and improving fast
✅ Self-driven with a hunger to build world-class outbound processes

Nice to have:
? Experience with video outbound campaigns (1:1 or dynamic)
? Knowledge of automation platforms like N8N and Trigify
? Understanding of Webhooks and HTTP APIs
? Experience with physical mail campaigns and parallel dialers
? Graphic skills (Canva, Photoshop) to create lead magnets
? Experience in cold outreach for automotive is a big plus
