Sales Development Representative



Your responsibilities

  • Actively acquiring clients through cold emailing and cold calling
  • Reaching decision-makers and scheduling meetings for the sales team
  • Building and expanding a database of potential clients in the IT industry
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of outreach – analyzing results and optimizing contact strategies
  • Collaborating with the sales team to refine communication and lead generation processes
  • Keeping CRM records accurate – documenting interactions and progress with potential clients

Our requirements

  • Initial experience in B2B sales or lead generation – if you've done cold calling or emailing before, that’s a plus
  • Excellent communication skills – you know how to engage and persuade potential clients
  • Independence and persistence – you embrace challenges and consistently strive for success
  • Proficiency in Polish and English at a level that allows for smooth communication
  • Knowledge of the IT industry or willingness to learn quickly is a plus
