 BigTime Software is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join out team. The role is dedicated to the Large accounts market (companies with 300- 1000 employees). Your main task will be, setting demo appointments with AEs using cold outreach techniques (cold calling, cold mailing and LinkedIn).


Before you deep dive into the role, you should know two things:

  1. We’re looking for candidates who are keen to work 2:00 - 10:00 PM (Warsaw Time).
  2. You love a good base salary (as in the job description), but what drives you most is a commission that rewards your achievements.

Your mission

  1. Develop and execute outreach strategy in the US.
  2. Execute cold calling, mailing and LinkedIn techniques to get in touch with prospective buyers.
  3. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.


That’s what you need to be successful in this role

  1. Number of scheduled appointments with prospects from the pre-defined list will be key performance metric.


Our expectations

  1. 3+ years of experience in similar roles (SDR/BDR/AE) with proven track record.
  2. 2+ years of experience in the B2B industry - focus on mid-sized/large account market is appreciated.
  3. C1/C2 level English proficiency - daily communication with US-based customers should not be an obstacle for you.
  4. Working in the CT time zone: 2:00 - 10:00 PM (Warsaw Time).
  5. Excellent communication skills.


 Nice to Have:

  1. Strong desire to learn hands-on sales techniques such as targeting, lead gen, outbound prospecting, and overall sales process.
  2. Experience in the SaaS industry.
  3. Experience working with American Customers/American Customer database.
