Who should apply for this role?

You feel comfortable speaking Polish and English fluently.

Actively searching for new people to introduce Traffit to gives you plenty of satisfaction. Yes, you’ll hear “no” a few times but it doesn’t discourage you from moving forward. 

Multiple communication channel types are no secret to you! Email, phone, social media, or other ways to get in touch with other people is a piece of cake and makes no difference to you. You know best your leads and what they do prefer.


After reading our Traffit Code which is a reflection of our culture, you think “It’s all about me and it’s what I’m looking for!”. It’s a very important part as we follow the Code in our daily activities and refer to it a lot.

If successful, you see an offer for on target salary including bonus of 6500 - 8200 zł brutto (4545 zł - 6 278 zł brutto is a base) as enough potential to get started at Traffit. If you are growing, Traffit is growing, and your salary and promotions will reflect that. 

Its mostly a remote role but the specifics depend on the city in which youre located and hence, your availability.



Who should not apply for this role?

If you prefer to work in a large team. There is nothing wrong with this, however, in this role, you will not have access to a huge team of specialists to delegate some of your tasks.


If you don’t want your job satisfaction to be linked to results. At Traffit we don’t need everyone to succeed all the time. We learn from failing. However, each role at Traffit is connected to KPIs and numbers as we emphasize in Traffit Code. We use them to understand how successful our ideas and work are.

What experience do we think makes sense for this role?

Ideally for this position would be if you have at least 1-year real-life experience in lead outreach and you know HR world.



Your responsibilities:

You’ll Traffit advocate, so you’ll:

  • warm relationships with Traffit leads and help them on their journey from passively interested to product engagement,
  • attract potential clients by answering product and support-related questions, by asking good questions, getting interested in Traffit
  • find the areas where potential clients can benefit from using Traffit and show it to them,
  • follow KPIs of the company which are set from the beginning
  • constantly look for leads and new potencial opportunities



Ideal skills set for the role:

  • at least 1-year experience in lead outreach is a must,
  • you know and understand recruitment and HR world
  • determination to achieve the goal
  • experience in multi-channel lead communication, including mostly phone, email, social media (like LinkedIn), loom, etc.,
  • high commitment,
  • you have to like communicating with people,
  • energetic and positive attitude,
  • your communication and interpersonal skills both in Polish and English are flawless (both verbal and written),
  • you show a customer-oriented attitude
  • you like to experiment with different ways of attracting potential customers. 



Please note that both fluent Polish and English language is crucial in this role. If your level isnt at least C1 it means sadly well not move you forward in this recruitment. Please wait with your application for another role where one of the languages isnt required.
