Responsibilities

  • Generate and prospect leads by researching target accounts and finding new sales opportunities
  • Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to start conversations
  • Qualify leads by digging into their needs and confirming fit with our product
  • Book discovery calls and meetings for qualified prospects with our Account Executives
  • Keep the CRM up to date with accurate activity logs, notes, and lead data
  • Collaborate with account executives and marketing to align messaging and support campaigns
  • Get deep with understanding target accounts: analyse annual reports, listen to podcasts, interview target personas, etc.
  • Track your metrics, manage your pipeline, and contribute to overall pipeline growth
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences, and other events to establish connections with prospects

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of building new business pipeline
  • Fluency in English
  • High level of coachability
  • Hunter mindset with strong business and customer‑centric thinking
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast‑paced, quickly growing company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Resilience and perseverance
  • Time management and organizational skills

Bonus Points

  • Experience in tech sales
  • Hands‑on use of CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Strong interest in AI technologies
  • Solid cold‑calling and LinkedIn outreach skills

Salary Range

Gross salary range: €11,506 – €14,063 PLN per month + performance‑based commission
