Responsibilities
- Generate and prospect leads by researching target accounts and finding new sales opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to start conversations.
- Qualify leads by digging into their needs and confirming fit with our product.
- Book discovery calls and meetings for qualified prospects with our Account Executives.
- Keep the CRM up to date with accurate activity logs, notes, and lead data.
- Collaborate with account executives and marketing to align messaging and support campaigns.
- Get deep into understanding target accounts: analyse annual reports, listen to podcasts, interview target personas, etc.
- Track your metrics, manage your pipeline, and contribute to overall pipeline growth.
- Attend tradeshows, conferences, and other events to establish connections with prospects.
Core Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of building new business pipeline.
- Fluency in English.
- High level of coachability.
- Hunter mindset with strong business and customer‑centric thinking.
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast‑paced, quickly growing company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range
Gross salary range: 11506 - 14063 PLN + performance based commission.
