What are we looking for?
- Degree in Quantitative Methods, Finance, Management, or Economics
- Experience as a Business Development Manager, SRM Manager, or Category Manager in FMCG
- Experience in project management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven leadership and project management experience
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Analyze sales data trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, SRM, Category, and Finance teams to translate business needs into system and reporting solutions
- Lead the team managing and developing sales support systems tailored to the Polish market
- Oversee the design and continuous improvement of dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports
- Deliver clear, evidence‑based recommendations to the Sales Leadership Team
- Close collaboration with Digital Technologies Team
