Responsibilities
- Provide technical and sales training and support Channel Partners to deliver their annual goal
- Participate in site visits, trade shows, demos, and seminars
- Deliver on financial targets and KPIs through forecasting and funnel reviews
- Introduce and maintain high discipline in pipeline and opportunity management
- Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date information entered into Salesforce.com
- Develop new business opportunities with Key accounts/EPCs and indirect channels
- Engage authorities, engineering firms, and influencers to strengthen market presence
- Track competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain advantages
- Create an energized and positive environment for the Sales team (Channel Partners)
- Work closely with other functions such as Product Management and Marketing to drive performance and develop skills
Qualifications
- Engineering or chemical background (chemistry, process, environmental, measuring or control technology)
- Very good understanding of the water market in CIS & Baltics (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania)
- More than 5 years of experience in the water treatment market
- Proven business acumen for municipal & industrial market
- Proficiency in CRM tools for funnel management and forecasting (ideally Salesforce) and daily use of MS Office
- Excellent communication, strong relationship‑building and presentation skills in a multicultural environment
- Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, problem‑solving mindset
- Willing to travel (≈60%) within CIS and Baltics region
- Rigorous, organized and methodical in monitoring files and activities, adhering to the Group’s Compliance rules
- Fluent in English and Russian

- Fully remote with up to 60% travel in region; ideally located in Poland or Romania
- Location: Poland or Romania (remote)
