Sales Development Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Development team to achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline generation goals
  • Refine value-based messaging, write and optimize outbound email sequences, cold call scripts, and other sales outreach strategies
  • Provide the tools, training, and resources necessary to hit targets
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution

Our requirements

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree, demonstrating a solid educational foundation
  • Bring more than 5 years of experience in IT sales development roles, ideally in SaaS projects, with a proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in the technology sector
  • Have hands-on experience with Salesforce and Outreach, which is highly desired to effectively manage and track sales activities
  • Possess excellent spoken and written English skills, ensuring clear and professional communication with both internal teams and external clients
  • Open for hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week on-site in Wrocław
  • Residing in Poland required
  • Willing to work 2-3 days per week during US CST/ET time
