For our Client, a leading international trading and distribution company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Department Specialist with Italian or Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• creating purchase orders and managing supplier cooperation
• planning and coordinating deliveries
• ensuring timely and complete order fulfillment
• maintaining operational relationships with suppliers
• sourcing new suppliers
• preparing supplier performance and logistics reports

Requirements

• previous experience in a similar role
• Italian or Spanish at C1 level (mandatory)
• English at B1/B2 level
• high level of sales competencies
• excellent self-organization and time management
• intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
• valid Category B driving license
