For our Client, a leading international trading and distribution company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Department Specialist with Italian or Spanish language skills.

Sales Department Specialist (Italian or Spanish Speaker) (m/f)

Requirements

• previous experience in a similar role,
• Italian or Spanish at C1 level (mandatory),
• English at B1/B2 level,
• high level of sales competencies,
• excellent self-organization and time management,
• intermediate knowledge of MS Excel,
• valid Category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• creating purchase orders and managing supplier cooperation,
• planning and coordinating deliveries,
• ensuring timely and complete order fulfillment,
• maintaining operational relationships with suppliers,
• sourcing new suppliers,
• preparing supplier performance and logistics reports.
