You will have the opportunity to make a big impact on our business performance as you support the data strategy and lead the development of custom models/algorithms. Working in close partnership with the business leadership team, you will manage the vision and agenda for business analytics in your area of responsibility.
How you will contribute
- Support stakeholders across the portfolio using agile ROI/KPI initiatives that will drive improvements.
- Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on projects.
- Work on the development of custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance.
- Support the data strategy in your area of responsibility, which encompasses data collection architecture, data governance, and data reporting infrastructure.
- Build a professional and reliable team.
- Run the business analytics program practice using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver.

Purpose of the role:
Enable and evolve analytical products for Sales Execution to support key business decisions, drive business improvements, and deliver business value. Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics in the area of responsibility to support Sales digitization.
How you will contribute
- Engage with and consult business stakeholders on analytical products to business problems, creating user journeys.
- Propose state-of-the-art solutions which fit into the overall Data and Analytics strategy, roadmap, and solutions architecture.
- Lead a product-oriented delivery model consisting of product managers, data scientists, architects, and engineers.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of analytical products end-to-end and be accountable for their success over the product life cycle.
- Create OKRs, scorecards, and playbooks.
- Identify opportunities for agile analytics approaches and for "Proof of Value" implementations.
- Create product roadmaps with lead markets and drive alignment across all to create a feature backlog. Also, create a backlog to reduce technical debt.
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND RECOMMENDATION
- A minimum of 10 years of IT/IT facing and business/industry work experience, with experience in managing cross-functional teams or projects. Deep experience of sales execution processes is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of analytics experience, as well as traditional business intelligence experience, within IT or business function.
