Sales Data Administrator

Your responsibilities

• Gathering, validating, analyzing and visualizing large amounts of data using reporting tools, identifying trends and patterns and making suggestions on improvement
• Supporting the Head of Business Development Department in various global projects and initiatives
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectives
• Administering sales-related data by collecting, organizing, and updating information from diverse sources, including BI platform
• Preparing ad-hoc analysis and market research to support reporting and corporate initiatives

Our requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics)
• Familiarity with SQL, VBA, Excel, and Power BI is advantageous
• MS Office skills: Excel, Power Point, handling large data sets
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environment
• Knowledge of automotive sector
• Experience in similar position is a plus
• Experience in rebate management
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX
