Through our pioneering and sustainable share-and-reuse business model, the world’s biggest brands trust us to help them transport their goods more efficiently, safely and with less environmental impact. .# **Job Description**# **Key Responsibilities May Include:*** Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues through effective communication via telephone and email, ensuring timely responses.* Assist in generating new sales leads and expanding business relationships by identifying potential opportunities.* Create, negotiate, and manage contracts, offers, and sales documentation, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer needs.* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, tracking, and reporting using Salesforce and SAP.* Coordinate sales campaigns and proactively engage with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.* Manage and oversee customer onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions from initial contact to delivery.* Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports for internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.* Organize and coordinate customer events, meetings, and follow-up communications to strengthen client relationships.**Position Purpose**This role might be for all of you who are at the beginning of your career or wants to start your journey with sales.
