For our client, we are currently looking for a skilled Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will join a company that is expanding their European presence.

You will be reporting to the European Operational and Commercial Director in a team distributed across Poland and Eastern Europe. You will primarily be responsible for coordinating sales efforts between customers and the sales team across these offices. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure the streamlining of processes and support the sales team to drive company revenue.

You have the chance to make a significant difference in the expansion of the Polish team which will affect the company as a whole.

Your Tasks Will Include:

  • Processing customer orders using SAP through email or phone.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoice data.
  • Gathering data from Sales Representatives and Clients.
  • Assisting sales representatives by handling customer requests, providing quotations, and sharing details such as stock availability, delivery dates, and prices.
  • Providing logistics information to customers.
  • Collaborating with the accounting team to process and distribute invoices efficiently.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate customer databases and records.
  • Developing daily sales reports to track performance.
  • Communicating valuable customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Staying informed on new products and features.
  • Redirecting phone calls to appropriate sales or technical teams.
  • Generating various reports in SAP as required.

To be a good fit for the Sales Coordinator role you will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with SAP B1 or comparable systems.
  • Experience in an international team.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.

  • Experience in the heating, HVAC, manufacturing, or similar industry would be advantageous.
