Join Coty as a Sales Controlling & Revenue Management Manager in Warsaw. In this role, you will coordinate and support a regional team of Sales Controllers and Revenue Managers across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania.
You will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial processes, improving trade investment efficiency, and driving revenue optimization across the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This position combines hands‑on financial management with team leadership – you will oversee core commercial finance activities, provide insights that strengthen profitability, and help shape decisions that impact our business.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support a team of Sales Controllers and Revenue Managers across four CEE markets, encouraging collaboration and professional growth.
- Oversee month‑end closing processes, ensuring accuracy of accruals for returns, markdowns and trade spends.
- Manage Gross‑to‑Net (GtN) and trade investment analysis, delivering clear insights to improve profitability.
- Partner with Sales and Finance teams on budgeting, forecasting and annual planning.
- Contribute to pricing and revenue management projects, including list price reviews and promotional ROI analysis.
- Ensure compliance of customer contracts and trade terms across the region.
- Develop and maintain financial tools that enhance business understanding and decision support.
- Consolidate and report key KPIs at regional level, ensuring transparency and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Controlling, Revenue Management, or Commercial Finance.
- Proven people management experience.
- Background in FMCG companies.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen (P&L, GtN, pricing).
- Proficient in Excel, SAP, BI tools; Power BI is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Polish; CEE languages are an asset.
