Sales Controller GSA Region

The Sales Controller is part of the German Finance Team and oversees all aspects related to the sales and business development performance of the Gerflor sales organisation in Germany, Switzerland and Austria

Your role

• Analyse and monitor the sales performance and business results of the regional entities by segment / product
• Act as a Business Partner for Sales and Finance Managers in the region
• Contribute to business development plans (pricing, commercial action, marketing, segmentation)
• Analyse and validate investment plans in line with Group standards (payback, ROI, etc.)
• Deliver insightful reports to the Group in accordance with deadlines and Group format standards – based on solid data and robust operational process
• Coordinate and support the budgeting process for the respective entities incl. data collection & consolidation
• Oversee and improve internal control measures and ensure legal / Group policy compliance
• Identify efficiency improvement opportunities and initiate corrective action
