Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Compensation Business Consultant to join our team!

How You Will Make Your Mark

  • Collaborate with the Design Consultants and PDE team.
  • Act as the connection between business stakeholders & sales compensation.
  • React to business changes (new business models requiring translation to sales comp).
  • Part of the TRI O with SIS and PDE on next FY design.
  • Feasibility assessment.
  • DPA requirements & negotiation for global DPA.
  • Collaboration with PDE team on comp plans, sign‑off of comp plans.
  • Train the Trainer of the Sales Comp (sub‑) Leads and BCs on FY design, incl. ACI and special programs.
  • Collaborate on launch preparation for plan decks, plan mappings, plan comments & notes, ACI review.
  • Special programs/bonus programs (e.g., linearity/GL New Logo/Revenue adjustment programs, back‑to‑draw, etc.).
  • Plan‑related sales letter comments.

About You

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Typically 6-10 years experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management and improvement frameworks to support sales compensation operations.
  • Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of and experience in interpreting and executing sales commission plans and practices in multiple and varied situations.
  • Evaluating and developing forecasts and plans to guide updates, enhancements and deployment of sales compensation tools and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales commission operational architecture, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
