The Europe Sales Enablement team works closely with FedEx and Sales functions to design and implement go‑to‑sales plans using best‑in‑class change‑management tools. These initiatives impact customers and Sales Europe and support our vision of being a key business partner, enabling profitable revenue growth while reducing costs and non‑productive selling time.
Location: Cracow (hybrid – 2 days/week from the office)
The internal name of the position: Sales Solutions Specialist
Within the Europe Sales Enablement team, you will be responsible for Sales Communications. Working closely with FedEx functions and Sales Europe, you will: - Create clear and engaging communication materials to support awareness and adoption of changes.
- Translate the impact and benefits of initiatives into effective, sense‑making communication for Sales and customers.
- Develop overarching messages and storylines aligned with commercial principles.
- Track and measure the effectiveness, quality, and consistency of communications.
- Build tools and processes to gather feedback and continuously improve communication formats and delivery.
- Tailor communications to regional, country, or segment needs in cooperation with Regional Educational Specialists.
- Ensure targeted, streamlined communication delivery to avoid overload for Sales teams.
- Follow FedEx and Education & Enablement standards and procedures.
- Contribute to forward‑looking initiatives and benchmarking to maintain best‑in‑class enablement practices.
- Ensure all communications reflect both the Sales and customer perspective.
Were looking for candidates who have: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written (min. C1)
- Experience with email communication platforms (e.g., Poppulo).
- Basic analytical and project‑management skills.
- Experience leading project teams and delivering initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills across all organizational levels and cultures.
- Proven ability to develop communication strategies and programs for internal and external audiences.
- Experience managing communication campaigns, including issues/crisis communication or large, complex initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills: prioritization, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, storytelling and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
- Familiarity with science‑based change‑management and communication principles (preferred).
- A background in Commercial, Finance, Marketing or Communications environments is an advantage.
