What You’ll Do
- Proactively drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on clear criteria and schedule discovery calls or product demos.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Stay informed about client offerings and industry trends to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach and lead generation targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (internships count!).
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A self-starter with resilience, curiosity, and a passion for learning.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and motivated by goals.
- Adaptable and thrive in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Passion for technology, startups, and building a career in business development.
