Sales/Business Development Representative

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on clear criteria and schedule discovery calls or product demos.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Stay informed about client offerings and industry trends to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Consistently meet or exceed outreach and lead generation targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (internships count!).
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A self-starter with resilience, curiosity, and a passion for learning.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and motivated by goals.
  • Adaptable and thrive in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Passion for technology, startups, and building a career in business development.
