SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Location: Warsaw
We are looking for someone with experience in selling logistics services who wants to continue developing within the logistics industry. If you know how to build strong client relationships, are not afraid of cold sales, and want to have a real impact on the company’s growth, this may be the right fit for you!

Your responsibilities:
- Acquiring new B2B clients from scratch
- Managing the full sales cycle: from prospecting and negotiations to closing deals
- Building long‑term business relationships
- Monitoring the market and identifying new opportunities
Who we are looking for:
- Someone with 2–3 years of experience in the TSL industry
- A proactive, independent, and results‑driven person
- A candidate with good spoken and written English
- Someone who understands the logistics market – ideally with experience in ocean freight, LCL, or FCL
