in INTERNATIONAL INFLUENCER MARKETING field (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships with them;
  • Identifying opportunities and initiating contact with potential clients (outreach, networking, webinars, etc.);
  • Managing and nurturing existing client relationships, including serving our current client base and responding to incoming leads from various channels;
  • Participating in the full sales cycle – from lead acquisition to contract signing;
  • Preparing tailored offers and proposals that meet specific client needs and expectations;
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design and execute effective B2B marketing strategies, while understanding and addressing clients’ brand management challenges to ensure relevance and impact;
  • Working closely with our expert project management team, whose high-quality delivery is a key factor in client satisfaction and long-term retention;
  • Recognizing that the sales journey does not end at the signed contract—ensuring a seamless handover and staying engaged post-sale to foster trust, identify new opportunities, and contribute to recurring business;
  • Analyzing sales performance, market feedback, and customer behavior to propose new strategies and refine existing approaches.

Qualifications

  • You can provide:
  • At least 4 years of B2B sales experience within brand marketing, ideally at an FMCG company, or as an account manager on the agency side
  • Goal-driven and result-oriented attitude
  • Strong conceptual skills and the ability to translate client needs and objectives into compelling marketing concepts that are both emotionally engaging and rationally convincing
  • Outstanding influencing skills and the ability to sell complex new ideas and proposals to demanding clients
  • Strong self-motivation & self-organisational skills to work highly independently on your own action plans, in order to develop the client and deliver business growth
  • Good understanding of today’s digital marketing environment and social media
  • Native Polish with advanced business English
