Are you ready to be the catalyst that propels our sales to unprecedented heights? This role will drive sales growth and market share expansion by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing channel strategies, and executing go‑to‑market initiatives aligned with the MDLZ portfolio strategy.

How You Will Contribute

  • Design a holistic go-to-market strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with company strategy and adaptability to evolving market trends.
  • Identify gaps and business opportunities based on in-depth market trends to support successful market entry strategies.
  • Define growth levers between channels (wholesale, distributors, TT, MT, e‑commerce) and incorporate them into a recommended go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Ensure strategic alignment across teams and smooth execution of go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Design fit‑for‑future organizational set‑up reflecting channel potential to maximize success.
  • Recommend and drive change‑management plans that support implementation.
  • Support initiatives to improve sales growth, market share, and key sales performance indicators (KPIs) by identifying and executing new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Director, CP&A Director and Commercial Finance to create an implementation plan and tools that will drive execution of business KPIs.
  • Analyze effectiveness and ROI on an ongoing basis to continuously improve.

What You Will Bring

  • Extensive Channel Management Experience: Minimum 12 years in Route to Market, Customer Development, Traditional Trade or Modern Trade within FMCG, with a strong track record of delivering results through others.
  • Business & Trade Acumen: Deep understanding of FMCG business principles, trade dynamics (including Wholesale, MT, TT), and the countrys trade environment.
  • Go‑to‑Market Strategy: Proven success in designing and implementing effective go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Change Management: Proven track record in leading and managing organizational and people‑related change initiatives.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
