Sales Assistant position for Beauty Care in Seppic Department

Your responsibilities

In a highly collaborative team of 6 people, you will work in close cooperation with Business Development Managers to support the development of ingredients to Beauty Care Polish market. Seppic professionalism and customer orientation is recognised by all the customers.

✓ Processing and follow-up of customer orders, from order entry to customer delivery (in our internal system)

✓ Preparation of documents related to the processing of orders (e.g. pro forma, packing list, invoices)

✓ Contact with our french office and carriers (in English)

✓ Direct contact with our clients (via phone, e-mails)

✓ Work in collaboration with Business Development Managers to handle customer requests

(samples, regulatory, quality, ...)

✓ Management of complaints and overdues in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Our requirements

• Customer and solutions orientated
• Proficient Polish and proficient English skills (min. B2), spoken and written
• Communicativeness and assertiveness
• Perfect work organization, target orientation, multitasking skills
• Good knowledge of Google docs environment
• High flexibility, resilience and team-oriented cooperation
• French language skills will be an asset
